The Best Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo
The Q Revo is an excellent option if you’re looking for a robot vacuum and mop that is middle-of-the-road. It’s a great mopping capability, but it lacks certain of the more advanced features that are found in its more expensive sibling.
During testing it was able to remove pet hair and dry oats out of carpets with a medium pile. It doesn’t employ LIDAR, however, as other models do to map your home.
iRobot Roomba s9+
The iRobot Roomba S9+ robot vacuum is among the best-rated robots. It is a powerful cleaner and plenty of features, including a self-emptying dirt compartment built into its charging base. This robot can also learn your cleaning habits and suggest automated schedules to ensure you have a hands-free experience.
It’s easy to set up thanks to the iRobot Home app that walks you through the process. Once everything is connected, you can start the automated cleaning functions with the click of one button. You can choose a general clean that prioritizes getting rid of larger pieces of debris such as rice and cereal, or opt for two detailed maps of your home to ensure your entire home gets a proper look.
This robot vacuum performs well on both bare floors and low-pile carpet. It can pick up pet hair and clean large objects up. It doesn’t lose suction as fast as some other robot vacuums. It’s not the best time with plush or high-pile carpet, but iRobot promises it will improve in the future with new models.
The S9+ features a new design from iRobot that focuses on enhancing corner and edge cleaning. It’s the very first Roomba that has an open-fronted, flat-fronted design. The company hopes that this will allow it to be able to hug the furniture and walls. It’s a great improvement over the hockey puck-like design of robovacs, but we found it to be only marginally better than circular models.
iRobot also claims that the S9+ comes with an advanced filtering system that stops microscopic dust particles and allergens from circulating within your home. We think it’s a nice claim however, it’s not enough to justify a premium price.
Its smart navigation system uses sensors to remember the arrangement of your home and vSLAM to map your interior of your home. This allows it to stay clear of obstacles, such as stairs and other barriers and also to clean your entire house efficiently possible. The iRobot Home App allows you to schedule cleaning times and create virtual boundary markers to ensure that the robot is aware of the areas that require attention.
2. Roborock Q Revo
Roborock Q Revo is a machine that combines mopping and vacuuming. Its vacuum settings are as good as those on more expensive models. Its mopping system is superior as its spinning pads scrub floors more effectively than a vibrating pad.
The only drawback is the absence of a second brush to allow for deeper cleaning. But that’s not a big deal if you want to own one of the best robots available. The robo-vac’s dust tank also bigger than those on many of its rivals and takes only two or three cycles to fill it, even with the highest dirt level.
For the mopping device, narwal robot Vacuum I was awestruck by its ability to remove hard-to-clean dirt from my floors. The two lowest mopping settings, which are less powerful than the high-powered ones, create little noise, narwal Robot vacuum so you can work or watch TV without being distracted. It will gently hit furniture or walls, and then move on whenever it comes across one.
The Q Revo is unique in that it runs almost completely on its own, with no user involvement. The robo-vac has a multifunction dock that automatically moves physical garbage into the bin hidden in the background and also cleans and drys the mop pads, and refills its clean water tank. The app is adept at notifying you when something requires attention, such as the water tank being empty or a scheduled cleaning session being cancelled due to a stuffed dust bin.
You can also design and merge rooms to modify the way that Q Revo manages your home. This feature is beneficial when you have different flooring in different areas of your house or when you have to frequently remove clutter, such as toys, clothes, and books. The robo-vac is also very efficient and was one of the top performers in my tests, picking up dirt from carpets and hardwoods on the first pass. It can vacuum up even wet spills. I recommend drying the area with a towel prior to sending it to.
3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Omni
The X2 Omni has all of the features you’d want from a top-quality robot vacuum and mop combo and more. It comes with the ability to rotate mops and a powerful vacuum that can clean carpets and hard floors. It’s similar to the iRobot Roomba S9+. It also comes with a self-cleaning station that automatically washes and empties the mop pads, keeping them fresh and ready for reuse. It also has a sensor system that can detect obstacles better, allowing it to avoid falling onto furniture and other objects.
The most notable improvement to the ECOVACS X1 Deebot is its sleeker, more modern design. This is thanks to Danish company Jacob Jensen Design, best known for their Bang & Olufsen product line. While still quite big–it’s over two feet high and deep and weighs nearly four pounds–the robot and its base are much smaller than the Roborock Q Revo or iRobot j7.
This version is more efficient than the X1 since it charges faster and can clean up 1,500 square feet in one charge. And it has a larger dustbin that is more durable and can hold more debris, making it easier to empty when required.
Lastly it is worth noting that the X2 Omni has a more intuitive app and an assistant voice that works offline, so you can control it even when you’re not home. It also has a smart routing feature that lets it clean specific rooms or areas of your home instead of following a predetermined path.
The Omni Omni is the most effective mopping performance of any Narwal robot Vacuum we’ve tested, because of its mop pads that rotate to clean tough stains away and a motor that creates plenty of downward pressure. The vacuuming capabilities are also top-notch, and it boosts suction when it senses a carpet to ensure a thorough cleaning. It also has a massive battery that can last for several weeks between charges and its mopping mode is as efficient as any we’ve seen in the market for a consumer robot.

The Dreametech L10s Ultra is a premium robot vacuum and mop that comes with a variety of convenience features you don’t often see on robots at this price. These are nice features but they also push the L10s into the class of luxury. This could make it more expensive than homeowners need.
Designed to resemble a modern floor cleaner, the L10s Ultra is a tall and slim machine with an elegant white finish that’s highlighted by mirror-plated silver elements. The front of the machine has an impressive bumper that protects the furniture and vacuum cleaner as you move around your home. Sensors are hidden behind the front pane, which help the L10s Ultra navigate tight corners and avoid obstacles.
On the top, you’ll find one button that acts as an on/off switch. Similar to the iRobot Roomba S9+ and Roborock Q Revo, the L10s Ultra uses a combination of LIDAR and camera-based navigation techniques to map out your home. This creates a detailed floor plan that allows the robot vacuum for pet hair vacuum and mop with ease and avoid getting stuck in areas with clutter. The LIDAR assists the robot vacuum mops vacuum to avoid obstacles and identify them as obstacles, which is an excellent feature for homes with pets or small children.
The L10s Ultra is a powerful vacuum cleaner that removes 98.4 percent of debris from our test on hard floors, and getting rid of all but the most stubborn juice stains. The mops are also efficient, taking away 98.4 percent of debris from our wood, tile and carpet tests. It wasn’t as effective in removing sand from the hard floor or quaker oats from the carpet.
