The company hopes that this will allow it hug furniture and walls. It’s a great improvement over the traditional hockey puck shape of the majority of robovacs. However, we found it to be incrementally better than circular models.
iRobot claims that the S9+ also features an advanced filtration system that blocks tiny particles and allergens from circulating throughout your home. It’s a nice claim however, we’re not convinced it’s enough to justify the premium price cost.

2. Roborock Q Revo
When it is about robots that can combine vacuuming and mopping the Roborock Q Revo is a standout. Its vac settings are just as effective as those on more expensive models, and its mopping system is even better. Its spinning pads do a more impressive job of cleaning your floors than a stationary vibrating pad.
The only drawback is the absence of a second brush to allow for deeper cleaning. However, that’s not a problem for those who want to own one of the top robots available. The robo-vac’s tank for dust is also bigger than those on many of its competitors and it takes only two or three cycles to fill it, even with the maximum dirt level.

The two mopping modes that it has, which are less aggressive than the high-powered ones, produce little noise, allowing you to work or even watch television without interruption. It will gently hit a wall or furniture and then move away whenever it comes across one.

It is able to even clean up spills that are wet but I would suggest wiping them dry with a damp cloth prior to sending the robot into.

The biggest difference over the ECOVACS Deebot X1 is that this version is sleeker and more modern design, thanks to Danish firm Jacob Jensen Design (best robot vacuum and mop known for its Bang & Olufsen products). While still quite big–it’s over two feet high and deep and weighs in excess of four pounds–the robot and its base are much smaller than the Roborock Q Revo or iRobot J7.
This version is also more efficient than the X1 one, because it has a faster charging speed for batteries and can handle a complete cleaning of around 1,500 square feet with just one charge. Additionally, it comes with a larger dustbin that is more durable and can hold more debris and is easier to empty when required.
Additionally lastly, the X2 Omni has a more user-friendly app and voice assistant that operates offline, allowing you to manage it even when away from home. It also has a smart routing function that lets it clean specific areas or rooms of your home, instead of following a predetermined route.
